Return & Exchange Policy

We, The SP Kart, follow an easy return policy to ensure a smooth and happy shopping experience. We always support you utmost before and after the completion of an order. Please read the following terms and conditions prior to any purchase.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders is allowed only if the product has not been dispatched. Kindly mail us at thespkart@gmail.com.

Return

Opening Video is Mandatory – Please record a clear opening video of the parcel showing the item. If found damaged in the video, we will replace it immediately. Without an opening video, we will be unable to assist further. Kindly mail us at thespkart@gmail.com with the video attached.

Exchange

• Exchange will be provided within the same or similar product.
• A credit note will be issued if the same product is not in stock.
• Exchange is not accepted if the customer does not like the product or its color.
• Products on sale/discount/coupon code orders are not exchangeable.
• Only unused, undamaged products with all tags, labels, and original packaging are eligible for exchange.
• If there's a size issue, mail us at thespkart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• We follow Indian standard measurements. Please choose size accordingly.
• Video of the product during repackaging must be shared.
• Shipping charges for exchange may apply depending on parcel size.
• If reverse pickup isn't available for your area, you must self-ship the product.
• Customer must dispatch return/exchange product within 2 days of request; otherwise, it will be canceled.
• Exchange/refund will be processed once the product reaches us in the same condition as sent.

Return/Refunds

Refunds (if any) will be credited within 4–6 working days in the same payment mode, depending on the bank's timeline.
